decent hotel experience
spacious roomcomfortable bedclosed pool
the staff was helpful and friendly. the room was quite spacious. the beds were huge and comfortable to sleep in. the location suited me well.
the roof top pool was closed. i saw a lovely pool shown in the pictures. it was disappointing the hotel didn't communicate the pool status sooner.

the room was spacious and cleaned daily it was good.
i must say the rooftop pool was not open and using the spa cost an extra fee, specifically 25 euros for 2 hours and i think hotel guests deserve a discount when other pools close because is not fair.

the room provided a comfortable haven with thoughtful amenities. i especially liked the robes and slippers provided (they were a nice touch). the chrome cast was useful, and the tea and coffee facilities were great. i found the free parking nearby very convenient.
the hotel could use some updates. the flooring looked like it needed some repairs. however, this didn't detract from the overall positive experience i had .

the staff was very helpful during the entire stay and supported all requests. they assisted with directions and provided helpful tips for local attractions, greatly appreciated. the team offered prompt and courteous service at all times.

the room offered comfortable beds and provided a great view of the sea (i could even spot africa on a clear day!). it included air conditioning. a fan. the size was spacious and very clean, i could not spot a single flaw.

the hotel is near many attractions. the open-air car park was free, a benefit considering the location. i found the taxi rank just outside the door very convenient for traveling around.

the breakfast was plentiful with many choices. the hotel restaurant offered varied foods, ensuring everyone found something to enjoy. i found the breakfast service good (especially the fresh fruit!).

The location is very close to the sea. I walked to the beach in just two minutes. The rooftop pool was a highlight. It felt warm and inviting!
I noticed a slight delay when ordering food in the reception area.

Great Hotel Experience

The room had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. Breakfast included many options, such as pastries, fresh fruit, and hot dishes. Staff at reception promptly addressed requests I had. The hotel has a rooftop pool with jacuzzies and a bar. (The sea view from up there is amazing!).
The gym key differed from the room key, not ideal.

The staff was friendly and efficient during check-in. The reception area always had someone available to answer questions. I had a smooth experience with all my requests handled quickly and professionally.
